Rate Notes
SLEEP ABOARD OPTION:
Sleep aboard allows guests to board the yacht the evening before the charter officially begins, typically after 4–5 PM, while the yacht is docked at the marina. Guests can settle into their cabins, enjoy a welcome cocktail, dine ashore at their expense, and wake up onboard ready for an early departure the following morning. This effectively transforms a standard 7-night luxury catamaran charter into an approximately 8-night vacation experience while maximizing time on the water throughout your BVI yacht charter.
Sleep aboard is charged at 1/2 the daily charter rate.
TURNAROUNDS:
Standard turnaround time is 48 hours between charters. This allows the crew adequate time for cleaning, provisioning, laundry service, maintenance checks, and fully preparing Aquanimity for the next fully crewed yacht charter experience.
HALF-BOARD OPTION: $150 discount per person
Includes:
• 7 breakfasts
• 4 lunches
• 3 dinners
All other meals to be eaten ashore at the client's expense.
LOCAL FARE OPTION: $75 discount per person
Includes:
• 7 breakfasts
• 5 lunches
• 6 dinners
All other meals to be eaten ashore at the client's expense.
HOLIDAY RATES:
THANKSGIVING: $26,000.
XMAS: Flat rate $26,000. Must end by Dec 27th.
NEW YEAR'S: Flat rate $28,000. Must begin no sooner than Dec 28th.
Half-board and local fare options are not available for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's holiday charters.
CHILDREN'S DISCOUNT:
$200 discount per child under age 12, up to a maximum of 3 children.
Charter Planning Information
Aquanimity accommodates up to 6 adult guests across 3 private queen cabins, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Select family arrangements for children may be available upon request.
Most charters begin in Tortola, Virgin Gorda, or nearby BVI embarkation points, depending on itinerary planning and marina availability.
All charters are private and exclusive to your group.

Crew gratuity is not included. Customary gratuity is typically 15%–20%.

Additional premium alcohol requests, specialty wines, massages, diving, e-foiling, yoga instruction, and select excursions may be coordinated separately.

How to Get Here 🏝️
Getting to Aquanimity is easier than many guests initially expect when planning a luxury yacht charter or fully crewed yacht charter vacation in the British Virgin Islands.
Most guests arrive through either:
• Tortola, BVI (EIS)
• St. Thomas, USVI (STT)
From St. Thomas, guests typically take a short ferry or private water taxi into the British Virgin Islands where the crew coordinates final boarding details and embarkation instructions for their BVI catamaran charter experience.
Depending on the charter itinerary and marina availability, pickups may be arranged from Tortola, Virgin Gorda, Scrub Island, Trellis Bay, and select surrounding Caribbean locations throughout your fully crewed yacht charter itinerary.
