A. No. We confirm availability and your trip details before collecting a deposit.  We do review all information before any money changes hands.  You will submit all information to us along with any questions you may have.  We will review everything to ensure your dates are available and all questions are answered.  Once the details are agreed we send the charter agreement and payment instructions, and the 25% deposit is due on signing.

A.  We require a 25% deposit immediately upon booking to lock in your dates.  The remaining 25% deposit is due within 30 days of booking.  The final 50% of your charter fee is due 60 days prior to the start of the charter. For charters booked within 60 days of departure, the full charter fee is due on signing.

Tortola, Beef Island Airport (EIS) is the least stressful way to arrive at the boat.  Most routings connect through San Juan or Miami.  It's the easiest way to arrive at the Charter Yacht Aquanimity.  STT airport may be cheaper, but there are challenges once you land in St. Thomas getting over to the BVI.  The only way we would recommend flying into STT is if you were already planning a vacation to St. Thomas before or after your Catamaran trip.

A. We wait for you!  Without you, we have nowhere to be.  Unfortunately, we are unable to "shift the trip" by a day if you arrive late, as we usually have other bookings we must accommodate before or after your vacation.  The boat also needs 48 hours of downtime between trips to clean, provision, and maintain it.

A.  Yes, just let the crew know prior to the start of your trip.    We will give you a preference sheet to fill out to help build the perfect trip for you.
