Holiday weeks — Christmas and New Year’s — book six to seven months in advance and often earlier. If the holidays matter to you, book as soon as your dates are set.

Peak season: December through April

For any week in peak season, booking three to six months in advance is a reasonable target. Popular weeks fill earlier.

Shoulder season: May through July

Outside peak season, last-minute bookings are often possible. The BVI in May, June, and July is quieter and more private.

Minimum notice for the crew

The crew appreciates at least 48 hours notice before your arrival — time to fully clean, provision, fuel, and prepare the yacht so everything is perfect when you step aboard.
