Fresh water from the sea

Aquanimity has an onboard watermaker that continuously produces fresh water from seawater. The yacht is not dependent on filling tanks at a marina. The water supply is renewable and the crew manages it as part of normal boat operations.

How showers work

Each guest cabin has its own private en suite shower with hot water. Turn on the water, adjust the temperature, shower — exactly like home. The one difference: guests are encouraged to take efficient showers rather than letting water run continuously. This is not rationing — it is about maintaining good pressure and supply for everyone aboard throughout the day.

Can I use a hair dryer, curling iron, or CPAP machine?

Yes. The yacht runs on standard 115-volt U.S. power with adequate capacity for personal grooming devices and medical equipment like CPAP machines. If you have a specific high-draw device, mention it before your charter so the crew can confirm compatibility.

This is not camping

You will have hot water, air conditioning, a real bed, a private bathroom, and meals from a professional chef. Most guests adapt to liveaboard life within the first morning.
