Ask the Captain

What kind of food can we expect on a private charter?

Restaurant-quality dining, prepared fresh every day by a private chef who already knows exactly what your group likes.

Before you arrive

Your chef sends a detailed provisioning questionnaire. You share your favorite cuisines, specific dishes you love, anything you prefer not to eat, and any dietary restrictions. The chef then builds your menus around your group — not around a standard rotating menu.

What the food actually looks like

Breakfasts: freshly made smoothies, eggs your way, French toast, fruit, pastries, strong coffee. Lunches: fish tacos, fresh salads, ceviche, grilled sandwiches. Dinners: the showcase — fresh seafood from local waters, grilled steak and lamb, gourmet presentations, homemade desserts. On the evening you anchor at Anegada, expect lobster fresh from the reef.

Every meal is personal

This is not a buffet. The chef cooks for your group alone. Most guests tell us the food is the biggest surprise of the charter — better than they expected, consistently, every single day.
