The number depends on what kind of charter you're pricing

What isn't included: premium wines and spirits beyond the standard bar selection (available on request, at additional cost), meals you choose to eat ashore, specialty add-on experiences like rendezvous scuba diving, and getting yourself to and from the yacht.
