Giacomo and Nicole are the crew for the 2026–27 season. Professional yacht crews do change between seasons, and crew never change mid-charter. Every crew member is vetted before joining, with at least five years already working aboard a comparable yacht.

Captain Giacomo Boetti
Giacomo holds an RYA Yachtmaster Ocean certificate and is STCW certified. He brings professional seamanship to Aquanimity. He handles navigation, sailing, anchoring, weather calls and the daily route. He knows the anchorages and the local operators throughout the BVI, which is what makes a week come together without you having to plan it.
His background includes Mediterranean and BVI sailing experience, an RYA Yachtmaster Ocean credential, and STCW training. For first-time charter guests, families, couples, and experienced travelers alike, your captain’s steady presence helps create a safe, relaxed, and memorable private yacht charter. Chef Nicole Giubilo
Nicole holds a Master’s in Culinary Arts and is STCW certified. She handles provisioning, dietary requirements and every meal aboard Aquanimity. Her culinary background and yacht hospitality experience allow her to create menus that feel personal, fresh, and well suited to the pace of each charter.
