Private Chef Vacation | BVI Catamaran Charter with Aquanimity

A Vacation with a Private Chef

Every meal made for you. Every preference remembered.
No restaurants. No reservations. No waiting.

Imagine finishing a morning snorkel and coming back to the boat to find breakfast already waiting. Fresh fruit, eggs cooked exactly how you like them, coffee the way you take it. No menu to read. No waiter to flag down. Just food made specifically for your group, by a chef who already knows what you love.

That is what life aboard Aquanimity looks like every day. Our chef provisions before you even board based on your group’s preferences, dietary needs, and wish list. Every meal — breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks — is prepared fresh in the galley. You eat better on this boat than you do at most restaurants.

What the chef actually does

Before your charter begins, your chef sends a provisioning questionnaire. Allergies, preferences, dietary restrictions, favorite cuisines, things you hate — all noted. From there, they design a week of menus tailored to your group. Grilled Anegada lobster the night you anchor there. Sushi the afternoon you want something light. A full Caribbean breakfast spread the morning you sleep in.

Drinks are included too. The bar is fully stocked and open. Your chef handles all of it — you just show up and eat.

Why this is different from a resort

Resort dining means menus, reservations, service windows, and food made for a hundred different tables at once. A private chef on a catamaran makes food for one table: yours. They know your name. They know how you like your steak. They know the kids won’t eat cilantro. That level of personalization is genuinely rare — and it is the standard on Aquanimity, not an upgrade.

What else is included

The chef is one part of the full crew. Your captain handles navigation, routing, weather, and anchoring. Together they run the boat so your group never has to think about logistics. Seven nights, all-inclusive, from $22,000 for up to 6 guests — as low as $524 per person per night with everything covered.

What does a private chef vacation include?

On a private BVI catamaran charter like Aquanimity, the chef provisions before departure based on your group’s preferences, then prepares all meals — breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks — fresh daily. Dietary restrictions, allergies, and personal preferences are all accommodated. The full open bar is also managed and stocked by the chef. All of this is included in the all-inclusive charter rate.

What is the best all-inclusive vacation with a private chef?

A private crewed catamaran charter is one of the best all-inclusive experiences with a private chef available. Unlike resorts where dining is shared and standardized, a yacht charter chef cooks exclusively for your group, tailoring every meal to your tastes and dietary needs. In the British Virgin Islands aboard Aquanimity, this is included in the charter rate — there is no extra charge for the chef’s services.

Can you request specific meals on a yacht charter?

Yes. Before your Aquanimity charter begins, the chef sends a detailed provisioning questionnaire covering dietary restrictions, allergies, preferences, favorite cuisines, and specific requests. Guests regularly request Anegada lobster dinners, sushi nights, Caribbean breakfasts, and other specific dishes — all accommodated as part of the service.
